New Delhi, Sep 9 The soulful voices of Suresh Wadkar and Rekha Bhardwaj wooed everyone at the 58th National Film Awards ceremony here Friday, as they sang 'Hey bhaskara kshitijavari' and 'Badi dheere jali' - the songs for which they have won the national award.

Dressed in a bright yellow kurta with a little embroidery on the neckline, the 57-year-old singer enthralled the audience with the soft number 'Hey bhaskara kshitijavari ya' from Marathi movie 'Mee Sindhutai Sapkal', a bio-pic inspired by the true story of Sindhutai Sapkal, a social activist.

And Bhardwaj, dressed in a maroon sari with a golden border enchanted everyone with her golden voice as she rendered 'Badi dheere jali' from 'Ishiqya'.

For Wadkar, who has to his credit songs like 'Meri kismat mein tu nahi shayad' ('Prem Rog'), 'Aur Is Dil Mein' ('Imaandar'), 'Chappa chappa charkha chaley' ('Maachis'), this is his first National Award.

For Bhardwaj, this is her second National Award, having previously won it for 'Genda Phool' from 'Delhi-6'.
