The main thing Ms. Bolly Chili - meaning me, of course - was looking forward to was the red carpet of the recent Time Of India Film Awards (or TOIFA). All that glitz, all that glamour - and of course all the complete fashion faux passes. Ripe picking grounds for me!

Everybody dresses up for the red carpet, it is law. Some pass, some fail, some fail so spectacularly, we're left wondering who let them out of their houses looking like that. Ms BollyChili would like to present you with some of the most memorable outfits of the TOIFA 2013, as she spotted them.

Of course, more than these five stars were at the event. Of course, yes, there were men there. But if I told you about the men, I'd never stop talking, and as much as I love you all, I love my stars more, and following them around is infinitely more fun than just talking about them.
