Priyanka Chopra was born on 18th July 1982 to Ashok and Madhu Chopra, both physicians in the Indian Army, in Jharkhand. She has a younger brother, Siddharth, and actresses Parineeti Chopra, Meera Chopra and Barbie Handa are her cousin-sisters. She attended La Martiniere Girls' School in Lucknow and St. Maria Goretti College in Bareilly before moving to the USA to pursue further studies. In the States she attended schools in Newton, Massachusetts, Cedar Rapids, Iowa as well as New York. After three years, Chopra returned to India and completed her high-school education at the Army Public School in Bareilly.

In 2000, the ravishing Chopra participated in the Miss India Contest and won the Femina Miss India World title. She then participated in the Miss World pageant where she was crowned with Miss World 2000 and Miss World Continental Queen of Beauty Asia & Oceania. These achievements and her appearance in Thamizan (2002), a Tamil film, opened the doors of Bollywood for Chopra and she bagged the second lead role in Anil Sharma's The Hero: Love Story of a Spy (2003). Although Chopra's debut film did well at the box office, it was Raj Kanwar's super-hit Andaaz (2003) that brought Chopra to limelight. This movie is also considered her real debut in Bollywood because it was filmed and ready for release before The Hero: Love Story of a Spy. Today, PeeCee is one of the most successful and high-paid actress of Bollywood. This gorgeous diva has tasted success with commercially and some critical hits including Aitraaz (2004), Krrish (2006), Don (2006), Fashion (2008), Dostana (2008), Kaminey (2009), 7 Khoon Maaf (2011), Don 2 (2011), Agneepath (2012), Barfi! (2012) and Krrish 3 (2013).

Apart from doing films, the dazzling star has also sung in her own albums, among which "In My City" (2012), "Exotic" (2013) and "I Can't Make You Love Me" (2014) are quite popular.

On the other hand we have the joyful singer of Chaiyya Chaiyya fame, Sukhwinder Singh. Singh was born on 18th July 1971 in Amritsar. Singh is a private person, and only little is known about his personal life.

He first performed on stage at the age of 8, singing the Lata Mangeshkar number "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa", from the 1970 movie Abhinetri. He also released a Punjabi album called "Munda Southhall Da". He debuted in Bollywood with the movie Karma (1986) in which he sang a few lines and then he came "Aa Ja Sanam" for Madhuri Dixit's Khilaaf (1991). Although his early work went unnoticed, the star came back from a break with a bang singing "Chaiyya Chaiyya" for AR Rehman's Dil Se.. (1998), and since then, the actor has established himself as one of the best singers of Bollywood. He has delivered hits for films like Taal (1999), Biwi No.1 (1999), Daag: The Fire (1999), Tere Naam (2003), Chak De! India (2007), Om Shanti Om (2007) and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008).

Singh also sang "Jai Ho", a song composed by A. R. Rehman, which was nominated at Critics' Choice Award for Best Song and won an Oscar Academy Award for Best Original Song as well as the Grammy Award for Best Song Written for a Motion Picture.
