18th Aug written update

Anand's dad is here in Jags house to talk bout Anandis Gauna. Bhairon refuses saying that they are not yet ready for it and need some time to think on it. Khajanchand (Anandi's dad) fall on his feet and starts crying that now its upto them to save his life and "izzat". He wishes to get rid of this responsibility asap. Bhairon still not convinced and request for some time. Jags hear all this.

 

Anandi is praying in Shivji's temple that whatever his mom wishes to come true and then comes her tiny-miny kid friends. Anandi informs them that her dad has gone to her in-laws to talk bout Gauna. They ask her wen is she going to her in-laws and Anandi says why wud she go there and her friends explains her that Gauna means girl has to go and stay with her husband in his house (now isn't it strange, all the kid whether elder or younger to Anandi knows everything bout marriages, in-laws, gauna except for Anandi................i guess she is bit tooooo inocent).

 

Anandi goes home and tells her mom that she wont go to that "bandar's house" (jags house) and instead will bring him here to help her dad, to which her mom laughs and leaves to continue her work. Anandi dreams how she wud make Jagdish do all housework (well this is something to watch for . . . very cute scenes) and at the end jag is pulling her nose.

 

here Jag is in big tension now. Sugna comes to ask him if everything is fine for him. Jag is upset coz all his friends will make fun of him as they are staying with their wifes and only he his the odd one. and same is the case with Sugna and both of them wonder suddenly what is wrong with their parents.

 

Jag's parents are discussing on this new issue which has come up now. Jag's mom wants to bring Anandi before they shift into new house which they have bought recently but Bhairon is totally against it and feels that they cannot have double standards. the thing which is wrong for sugna is wrong for Anandi as well. But Jags mom gets emotional saying that after Sugna's Gauna she wud miss her daughter and wants Anandi to replace her and will treat her like her daughter and wont show any "saaspana" and somehow convince Bhairon.

 

but they were not aware that his dear devil mom and bro were listening to all this and argues that how come they are having different rules for daughter and daughter-in-law. Now this puts Bhairon into a big "Dharam Sankat". Finally he announces that Anandi's Gauna will happen very soon but until and unless she is mature enough to understand marriage and get pregnant Jagdish and Anandi will stay in separate rooms.

 

Now what Jagdish was in seventh heaven and goes to boast around to his friends that his "gharwali" is coming. and now he wud show that "nakchidi chuhiya" (anandi) who Jagdish is.

 

pandit is called to decide on the date and announces that ekadashi is a gud day for gauna and the preparations starts on both sides.
