Looking at the episode number I just remembered another long running daily soap that used to air on DD Bangla. It was called Jonmobhoomi (Motherland). I believe that was the first serial ever to cross 1000 episodes. It also ended somewhere around 1800-1900 episodes and the same thing happened to Kyunki. Interesting to see they both came so very close to 2000 episodes but collapsed just before reaching that milestone. 😳

Anyway, two more episodes to go. Let's see what happens. 😊

BTW, for some reason I can't see the screenshots. Did they show Baa's date of birth (they've been doing that for the last couple of major death scenes)? If so, what is it? I'm a little curious. 😉
