i actually never read truth about forever..but my friend jessica is always telling me i must read it..and shes like the biggest book lover i know..she literally has HUNDREDS of books..she nevers goes to library..but i've read other sarah dessen books..and they were good.. i really liked ;someone like you"..it looks cheesey but ITS GOOD.. it's about 2 bestfriends, one is a bit more outgoing and popular and the other is a bit more shy and has overprotective parents.. scarlett, the more outgoing one, her boyfriend dies and that is shown on like 2nd page..and after scarlett learns something LIFE CHANGING..adn while, Halley the quite one starts to fall for a guy who is a bit badass-y and more experienced than her.. i know it may sound cheesey but its good.
