Jagya is on the terrace cursing the headmaster for blabbering everything to daadisa. Anandi comes there and tells Jagya to stop cursing the headmaster. If not the headmaster, someone else would have told Maasa. Suguna comes there and consoles them saying it was her fault. Basically the kids are all scared and Gehna, who is drying the clothes on the terrace feels bad for the kids. Bhairav talks to Basanth and asks him to change Maasa's mind. Basanth tells Bhairav that the women in the house should be within their limits. He agrees with Maasa and is not going to go against her.
Its 6 in the evening. The kids come to the living room thinking what would happen next. All other family members gather around..Bhairav keeps looking at the phone. He finally relents and walks towards the phone to call Anandi's parents. Gehna comes there and tells Bhairav to stop. She approaches Maasa, folds her hans and says sorry to her and tells her to forgive Anandi. Bhairav is surprised and disgusted by this arrangement of Maasa. Maasa tells Gehna that she didn't think Gehna was repentant enough. Gehna then falls to Maasa's feet, tears running down Maasa's feet. Everyone watching, minus Basanth and Maasa feels really bad. Maasa is finally satisfied and tells Gehna that she is forgiven. She then tells Anandi that Gehna's apology was not enough to forgive Anandi. She asks Anandi to "apologise" as well. Just as Anandi approaches, a servant comes there to tell everyone that Suguna's parents have come.
At hearing this Maasa shoves aside Gehna and tells her to go inside and not show her crying face to the guests otherwise the guests will think Maasa ill-treats her daughters-in law!! 😕 Everyone goes inside. Gehna sits in her room remembering all that happened and cries, defeated.
