Suguna comes to Anandi and Jagya and tells them that thaisa is going to have a baby. Some really silly talk about the baby among the children about how each one will play with the baby. Anandi goes to Gehna and happily talks about the baby. Gehna who's crying sends her away saying she has a headache.
In the morning, Maasa and Basanth go to the temple. Maasa thanks God for listening to her. She tells the priest to distribute fruits, sweets and gifts to everyone in the village. At home, there's lots of festivities. Gehna shuts her ears to not hear all this and keeps crying. Anandi asks Daadisa if she can dance too. Daadisa happily agrees. Suguna and Anandi dance and they also force Daadisa to dance with them. Gehna's parents come home. Maasa talks to them happily. Gehna's mother wishes to see Gehna. Maasa sends Suguna to fetch Gehna. Suguna comes back saying Gehna refused to come. Maasa then goes to Gehna's room. She tells Gehna to forget everything. There was no point in her being stubborn. Gehna was trying to create problems while God had helped Maasa solve everything. She tells Gehna to get ready and come down.
After Maasa leaves Sumitra comes to Gehna and asks her to come down as her parents were there to see her. Gehna tells Sumitra that she doesn't want to deliver this baby. Sumitra is shocked. Gehna tells her that she is not happy in this house. Her baby would not be happy too. Sumitra tells her to not talk all this. Her fight and anger was with Maasa. So she should not punish her unborn baby for that. Her stand against Maasa was right, but her decision to kill her unborn child was a sin that Gehna should never think of doing. Gehna feels helpless, but Sumitra convinces her that her child may solve all her problems.
Precap : Basanth tells Gehna to take care of herself and her child and stop fighting with everyone. Gehna tells him he only cares about his child.
