Highlights : Gauna preparations are still going on.
Gehna and Anandi's parents come home
Daadisa finds out about Khajan's land papers.
Everyone is busy with the Gauna preparations. In their home, Khajan and Bhagvati are getting ready to leave. Bhagvati is nervous if the clothes and jewellery they have bought for Suguna will be enough. Khajan says they can't do anything more and they get ready to go.
Anandi, Sumitra and Gehna are packing gifts for everyone. Gehna feels weak. Sumitra sends Anandi away to get some water and sweet. She asks Gehna to take care of the baby. Gehna agrees saying she has promised Maasa that she will deliver her son's baby. Sumitra asks Gehna if she is giving birth only for Maasa. Does she not love her child? Gehna says that she does love her baby and hopes for the best.
Gehna's parents come home. Gehna goes down to see them. Daadisa happily receives them and tells them that their room is ready for their stay. Anandi's parents come there too. Anandi is very happy. Daadisa sarcastically asks them if they will be staying there too. Khajan tells her that they plan to stay with Phooli's parents.Daadisa insists that they stay in the haveli. She tells Anandi to take them to their room. She tells Khajan and Bhagwati that if they have trouble sleeping on the soft matresses, she will send for floor mats for them.
In their room, Anandi shows them the jewellery that Daadisa has given her to wear during the gauna. Bhagwati leaves with Anandi to help out in the kitchen. While making besan laddoos, Bhagwati tells Anandi to be careful with the desi ghee. Daadisa comes there and tells her that ghee was not an expensive commodity in their house and she tells Anandi to use a lot of it. Bhagwati is embarrased.
One of the accountants comes home looking for Bhairav. Maasa asks him what the matter is...The accountant hesitates and insists that he should see Bhairav. Maasa and Basanth tell him that Bhairav is busy and again ask him to spill what he has to say. The accountant tells them that he was sent by Bhairav to the nearby village and has something to give him. Upon being forced, he hands over a receipt to Maasa, who asks Basanth to look at it. Basanth tells Maasa that it was a receipt for 30,000 that Bhairav had paid some sethji towards Khajan's land papers. He had already paid 50,000, so in total he has paid 80,000 to get Khajan's land papers. Maasa is shocked and angry.
Precap : Daadisa sarcastically asks Khajan to mortgage his land and get some dowry for Jagya...When Khajan hesitates, she says that she forgot that Bhairav has Khajan's land papers. Khajan and Bhagwati are shocked.
