what is MTNL/BSNL and can we send sms many times from one mobile phone?? and do anyone know how much one sms cost?

MNTL/BSNL are phone connections used in India.

Those living in India can SMS Parul to 52525. SMS cost is Rs.3 if i am not wrong. The voting lines are now closed.
