Highlights : Suguna's parents talk to her and console her
Maasa lays down the rules that Suguna has to live by now..
Anandi applies some medicine over Suguna's wrists. Suguna's wrists are scratched from the time when the bangles were broken off her hands. Sumitra comes there. She talks to Suguna and tells her that she wishes she could take Suguna's grief away but she is helpless. Suguna hugs her mother and cries.
The men return home to find that Maasa has instructed the servants to strip the haveli off all the wedding decorations. Bhairav goes up to meet Suguna. He remembers his conversation with her two nights ago. He apologizes to Suguna for being helpless. Suguna again cries.
Maasa calls all the elders down for a talk. The kids and Gehna watch from the 1st floor. Maasa tells everyone that she is sad at all that has happened. She asks everyone to be strong for each other. However, it was time to discuss the rules that Suguna has to live by. She announces that Suguna now has to live in the outhouse behind the bungalow until Pratap's death anniversary..Everyone is shocked.

Basanth too says that Suguna was a child and that they could just keep her at home and not allow her to go outside. Maasa does not agree...
