Highlights : Badi Maasi plays with Jagya and his friends
Madhan Singh gets an oppurtunity to insult Daadisa
While returning from school with badi maasi, Jagya and his friends surround her and talk to her happily. She suggests that they should play some games and takes them to pluck some mangoes. Jagya takes her to a nearby grove and he shoots some mangoes with his caterpillar. Badi maasi tells him that Daadisa was a really good shooter and would pluck loads of mangoes with her as children. The watchmen comes there and tries to drive them away, but Badi Maasi brushes him off saying they were only kids and that they were plucking 2-3 mangoes for fun.. She leaves with the kids.
At home, Badi maasi feeds the mangoes to Gehna since she would be craving such things now. Madhan Singh, Daadisa's enemy storms into the haveli with a basket of mangoes. He tells Daadisa and her sons sarcastically that since they cannot afford to buy mangoes now, he is offering them some mangoes from his grove. He then reveals that Badi Maasi and Jagya had stolen some mangoes earlier. Bhairav tells him to not make a big issue of such a small thing, but Madan Singh says that he has already complained to the panchayat and Daadisa and her sons have to present themselves to the panchayat next day.
Basanth screams at Madan Singh, threatening to take care of him. Madan Singh retorts back saying he will go to the police if the judgement is not in his favor. Gehna is upset to see Basanth so angry. Daadisa tells Madan Singh to get out and that she will deal with the matter at the panchayat.
At night, Badi maasi is very upset that she has caused such a big problem for Daadisa. Daadisa comes there with food for her and tells her not to worry. Upon asking about Madan Singh, Daadisa tells her that Basant's father had donated some land to build the village school. Madan Singh's father had seized a portion of this land since he found something of his ancestors there (didn't understand this part). This caused a misunderstanding b/w the two and Madan Singh's father had even gone to jail for a few days due to this. This had started the enemity which continues today. Daadisa tells Badi Maasi to forget all this. Both of them feed each other dinner.
Gehna requests Basanth to control his anger the next day. Basanth tells her that he will do no such thing. Gehna tries to convince him and he reluctantly agrees to not instigate anything, but he would not bow down to Madan Singh. Gehna reminds him that he would be a father soon and needs to start learning to be patient and rational and that she is worried about him. Basanth looks on......
Precap : At the panchayat, the sarpanch asks Madan Singh what he was expecting and he says he wants Badi Maasi to apologise to him publicly. Basanth gets super pissed to hear this...
