Thanks for putting the Age of Shiva up for discission Mahi!πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜³

It's a really tragic book but a very good read. The main character is Meera, and the book is basically about her life from the age of about 17 or 18 to 40, and there's a lot of politics in it too about the time period in which Indira Gandhi was PM of India. This book really makes you think back about the troubles our parents or grandparents went through during that time, and we find ourselves stepping into the shoes of Meera and actually being her. And last but not least, Manil Suri's writing style is beyond excellent, and he really grabs you in with his words. I definitely and from the bottom of my heart recommend this book for anyone who hasn't read it.😳😊
