I have always had this habit of skipping my breakfast, but these days i m trying to have a breakfast , so yh for the time being its oatmeal n green-tea , n i detest both so so much :|
It's mostly an egg salad sandwich, tea or chocolate milk, a banana.
Sometimes, I have berries with oatmeal or cereal as well...but I'm not
too fond of oatmeal. :/ I wish I could have an indian breakfast everyday...like idlis or parathas. :(
Weekdays Oat porridge/Oatmeal or cereals (not the sweet ones...bleh!)with a glass of juice (not from concentrate 😆) and an open sandwich. Weekends something with eggs like homemade pancakes or waffles; sometimes desi omelette on toast or lacha paratha with a cup of chai.
Mayb I fall in the minority grp of having a heavy brkfst.. All in r home prefer to start the day with a full tummy😉.. Since v r South Indians its mostly dosa, upma, idli, rice sevai n so on.. Some times chapati, or parathas or if v r in the mood to eat high calorie stuff- puris!😊 But its difficult to get it done sometimes especially since I'm working too!
