Highlights : Wedding preparations begin
All family members come home
Bhavri happily immerses herself in all the wedding festivities and work. Bhavri asks Maasa for a paan and Maasa feeds her one. Bhavri tells her to not worry about any work. She tells Maasa that only she had the courage to get Suguna remarried. It was a vrey good thing and would set an example to others in the village. Basanth sits with the women buying jewellery. Suguna sits there disinterested and lost in her thoughts. Basanth tells Gehna to buy something too. Gehna is happy. Sumitra buys a chain for Jagya. Suguna sits like a statue. Jagya plays in his room with his friends. Sunder comes to meet Jagya. Jagya's friends convince him to meet Sunder.
Gehna's parents and sisters come to the haveli. Maasa welcomes them. Gehna is very happy to see them and hugs her sisters. Gehna's parents are happy to see Gehna so happy. Jagya tries to drive Sunder away. Sunder tells him that only Jagya deserves his friendship. He apologises to Jagya and praises Jagya. He also tells Jagya that he is a very good cricket player. Jagya finally agrees to be Sunder's friend. Sunder gives Jagya lots of computer games. All boys are happy.
In the kitchen, the women finish all the work. Anandi eagerly awaits her parents. Just then Suguna's brother and sister-in-law come home. Sumitra is very happy to see them. Maasa comes there and welcomes them happily. Just then Anandi's father comes home. Anandi is very happy and hugs him. She asks for her mother and Khajan tells everyone that Bhagwati had gone to Badrinath. Khajan gets a lot of gifts and Bhairav sees this. Khajan's friend Govind warns Khajan that if Bhairav comes to know he has pawned his land again, he will be very angry. Khajan says he will be careful.
Anandi comes to Jagya's room and Jagya introduces Anandi to Sunder. Sunder is shocked and keeps laughing that Jagya is already married. Anandi is very mad and does not like Sunder. Sumitra keeps Mehendi on Suguna's palm. Jagya dances with his friends. Anandi tries to go, but stops after seeing Maasa. Suguna remembers time spent with Pratap and is upset and starts crying.
