Suguna is not ready to accept Shyam
Madan Singh and his family sit dejected. MS remembers all the happenings at the wedding. Some relative comes there and tells them that while they were grieving there, the wedding is already done at the haveli. Radha starts crying even more hearing this. MS too starts crying angrily remembering Shyam. He gets up angrily screaming and breaking things. He declares that his enemity with Bhairav Singh's family is permanent and he will avenge this insult. he grabs a sword and starts to go out. Tauji stops him and calms MS down and tells him not to do anything in haste. They will definitely avenge this insult, but not through the heart, but using the head. Tauji calls MS inside to explain his plan.
Maasa sits in her room and Shyam comes there with kheer for her. Maasa refuses to eat. Shyam sits by her feet and says he has no idea how to console her. He has been alone by himself for so long that he finds it hard to communicate. He tells Maasa that he really loves Suguna and in order to fulfill his dream of marrying her, he hid the truth from everyone. He really did not think things would go haywire. He starts to cry and says that he feels he is a part of this family now. He asks her to forgive him and to talk to him. Maasa tells Shyam to sit next to her. She feeds some kheer to him and eats some herself. Shyam is happy. Maasa smiles at Shyam and tells him to go eat with the rest of the family.
The women serve food to everyone. Basanth wonders if Maasa will be pacified. Sumitra thinks Shyam will be able to convince her. Shyam comes there and tells them that Maasa had eaten some kheer. Everyone is happy. Shyam is made to sit next to Suguna. All the women start to feed Shyam. Everyone start teasing Shyam that he should be careful, else he will turn into a hen-pecked husband. Suguna sits unaffected. She refuses to eat saying she is not feeling well. Gehna takes Suguna inside.
Anandi tells Shyam that she is happy that Shyam will be staying with them. Shyam says its only temporary. Radha looks at Shyam's decorated room and feels bad. She feels its all Suguna's doing. She had enticed Shyam in such a way that she has lost her son. She fought with everyone for Shyam's sake, but its no use. She curses Suguna that she will never be happy. MS comes there and says Radha is to be blamed for convincing him for this wedding. He says that there will be no happiness or celebration in the house until he has avenged his insult.
Suguna sits in Gehna's room. Gehna tells her to go to her room as its late. Suguna refuses to go.
