Highlights : Shyam involves the police
Maasa agrees to talk to MS
MS and Maasa sign a peace agreement

At the haveli, Maasa and sons return home. Basanth keeps ranting about how far MS has gone and that they should do something. He thinks of getting him beaten up, but Bhairav stops him. Basanth keeps yelling that MS had dishonored him. Bhairav reminds Basanth that MS is now related to them and they can't take an impulsive decision. Maasa agrees with Bhairav that they cannot do anything to MS now. Besides if they go to panchayat, the villagers would side with MS due to the whole Suguna incident. Basanth is not convinced, but Maasa tells him to not do anything. Basanth warns that this would not stop MS.

Shyam comes there and tells Basanth that no such thing would happen in the future. He says he has come with police. Everyone is shocked. Anandi goes to Suguna and blurts out everything. Suguna panics. The police come to the haveli and Maasa asks Shyam why he involved police. Shyam says that since MS had committed a crime, the law had to be involved. MS had to be stopped one way or the other. Atleast if they complain now, MS will think twice before doing anything like this in the future. Basanth says they have no witness to file a case.

Shyam admits that MS had confessed his crime in front of him and he is ready to stand as witness against his father. Everyone, including Suguna stands shocked listening to all this. Bhairav tries to talk some sense into Shyam, but Shyam says that MS should not hurt Maasa and family to avenge his doing. Maasa tries to send the police away and says that they have no case to file. The inspector suggests that the two families should talk this out and solve problems.

The inspector tells the family that the enmity is between two most influential families in the village which would affect all villagers. Basanth again opposes this, but Bhairav sides the inspector. Maasa too agrees and leaves with sons to talk to MS. Shyam offers to go, but Bhairav tells him to not come since MS may get angry.

Maasa and sons come to MS's haveli with cops. MS asks the inspector to sit. The inspector tells MS that what was happening was not right and that the two families should sort it out peacefully. Tauji refuses MS or his hand in the fire. Bhairav tells MS that they should think of all this with a cool mind. What had happened was fate. Radha accuses Maasa's family of plotting and luring her son away from her. The inspector stops her and tells everyone to talk their differences.

MS asks his sister-in-law to take Radha inside. Maasa tries to talk to MS, but MS sticks to his guns. The inspector then suggests a legal deal between the two families, with a pledge to not harm each other's family. MS says that he will not agree to any deal since he has already lost his son to Bhairav Singh. Inspector reminds MS and tauji that the villagers could be affected by this enmity and threatens to take legal action against MS if he doesn't agree to back off.

Maasa says she is ready to sign the deal. Tauji tells MS to sign the deal. He sarcastically says they will not harm anyone. Tauji reads the deal and ok's it. Maasa signs the agreement. Tauji makes MS sign the deal too. Maasa and sons leave with the cops. Tauji warns MS to be careful and to only avenge Maasa's family. They are not to break their good will with the villagers and cops. Tauji then asks MS to ask Shyam to come back home.

Message : Custom-ridden society is so influenced by beliefs and opinions that it forgets to see the difference between right and wrong.

Precap : Sunder and Jagya try to bunk class and get caught by the new teacher.
