Hey guys! back with today's update. Got a few smiles from Naitik. There was a cute moment at the varmala rasam where Naitik was looking at Akshara lovingly but then Rituraj came in for a picture and Naitik turned into angry young man again. buts thats about it. OH, there was an emotional moment where Akshara's family members where crying thinking of Akshara's bidaai, it was very touching. 😳
DETAILED UPDATE
The episode starts off In Akshara's room. Choti ma is looking at Akshara lovingly. Akshara says "Kaaki?" Choti ma tells Akshara that it was her greatest wish to see Akshara as a bride, and today that day has come, and with this comes sadness as well, that my little princess with be biding farewell to us. Choti ma puts the bridal dupatta on Akshara and kisses her forehead. Choti ma says that she should start going now. Divya smiles and tells Akshara to walk slowly with her head down so people don't think she's in a great rush to get married. They laugh. Akshara puts her hand on Varsha. Varsha tells AKshara not to be scared. Akshara nods. Divya says that in every girls life this day comes, when she has to go to her piya's house. Varsha says that from today you won't be alone. Varsha, Choti ma, Rashmi and Divya start leading Akshara outside, Akshara looks at her idols and after a smile from Varsha, she starts walking. Pyaar Piya Ka is playing in the background as Akshara makes her way down the hall.
Downstairs everyone sees Akshara coming. They are all happy. Akshara along with Rashmi, Varsha, Choti ma and Divya make their way down the stairs. Vish and Badi ma get up to see Akshara. Everyone smiles looking at Akshara. Naitik turns to look and sees Akshara. He smiles. Rituraj comes infront of Naitik and says "one minute! a picture of the bride" [MAN! that just ruined a perfect moment!] Naitik frowns and looks away. Rituraj takes the picture and moves. Nani, Daadi and some women come to Akshara. Akshara looks at Naitik who is looking away with a blank expression on his face. Akshara looks at Varsha. Badi ma tells Vish that their little girl has already become a bride today. Rashmi tells Akshara that Naitik isn't even looking at her because he's so shy, but inside he's probably jumping up and down. Boys are just like that. They laugh. The pandit calls to bring the bride to the mandap.
They bring Akshara to the madap and Vish and Badi ma help her sit beside Naitik. The pandit starts the manters. Akshara looks at Naitik who isn't looking at her. Varsha sees this. Akshara looks upset. Pandit ji asks Naitik to put out his hand. Naitik is expressionless and just sits there. Everyone looks at each other. Akshara looks at Naitik. They wait. Gayatri tells Naitik to put his hand forward. Naitik smiles and does. The pandit ji says that its time for the vermala ceremony. Everone is happy. Akshara and Naitik stand infront of each other. Akshara and Naitik look at each other. Pandit ji tells them that they can put the vermala on each other. Akshara starts too but she is kinda short. Everyone teases. Rituraj says not to bend or he will have to bend all through life. Shaurya tells Naitik that after marriage it is wise to bend infront of your wife. They laugh. Someone tells Akshara to jump. Akshara is blushing. Shaurya comes and lifts Akshara and she puts the Varmala on Naitik. Everyone grins. Now its Naitik's turn. Naitik holds the varmala up and smiles at Akshara. Akshara smiles back. Rituraj from behind Akshara tells Naitik to look over to him so he can take a picture. [OMG again?!?!] Naitik's mood suddenly converts to angry. They tell Naitik to put on the Varmala. Naitik thinks of the things that Rituraj said to Naitik while playing basketball. The vacant expression returns. Everyone looks at each other again. Naitik is just standing there. Gayatri tells Naitik to put on the Varmala. Akshara looks upset again as she bends her head. Everyone looks at each other.
Everyone wonders what is happening. Dadaji goes to Naitik and taps him on the shoulder and tells him to put on the Varmala. Naitik does. Everyone smiles. The photographer comes and takes pictures. Badi ma has tears in her eyes. Vish has tears in his eyes and goes to stand with Omi Kaka and Ratan Kaka. Omi kaka says to Vish that we should be lucky that our daughter is going to such a good family. Vish agrees and says "but how can I make my heart understand" Vish whipes his tear.
Badi ma goes to the tree by the temple and sits down crying. Varsha comes. Badi ma is crying. Varsha sits beside Badi ma. Badi ma tries to smile but starts crying again. Choti ma and Gopi Daadi are standing there. Varsha goes to them but sees that they're crying there as well. Varsha with tears in her eyes that we have waited so long for this day. Choti ma says that their tears aren't stopping. Varsha goes to Daadi to ask her to help her make them understand but Daadi is crying as well. Varsha says with tears in her eyes that Daadi is the eldest. Daadi says that these tears come on their own. Daadi says that Akshara is their houses only daughter, when she leaves she will take all the houses light. Varsha says that she is also her daughter, she says she will try her best after Akshara's bidaai. Daadi tells Varsha that her heart is probably crying, her best friend is leaving, she will be alone. Varsha leaves with tears in her eyes.
Shaurya is asking Bhola if everything is okay and he sees Varsha walk by with tears in her eyes. Shaurya calls out to her and follows.
At the mandap the 'smile' photographer is taking pictures of the bride, groom and family. He is finished. The pandit tells Akshara and Naitik to have a seat as well as the parents. Nani asks where everyone went. Nani tells Dhaniya to go find them. Dhaniya goes. Naitik and Akshara sit down. Dhaniya comes back with the women of Akshara's family. Akshara and Naitik's parents sit down.
The girls of the family tell Shankri that she make a good match. Shankri asks if she wants her to choose a groom for them too. They giggle and point at each other. Shankri asks the girls if they're going to stand there and giggle all day or steal the groom's shoes. Shankri leaves. Varsha walks by the the girls tell Varsha that they have to steal Naitik's shoes. Varsha says that she has work and leaves.
Rashmi and Nandini are whispering secretly to each other. The varmala rasam has finished. The pandit says that this varmala rasam means that the bride and groom have chosen each other. Akshara looks at Naitik.
PRECAP
Varsha and Mohit are there. Varsha tells Mohit that for the naag she wants a Vachan [promise/oath]. Mohit asks 'vachan? what kind of vachan?' Varsha looks at Mohit.
