Sunder cheats Jagya
Tauji puts his plan in action
Gehna asks Jagya what he is doing in Maasa's room. Jagya says he came to take Maasa's blessings. Gehna says Jagya is a nice boy. She sends Jagya away saying Maasa is downstairs. Jagya hides the money in his pocket and leaves. Sunder waits for Jagya outside the haveli. He talks to himself that as long as he can fool Jagya, he can have a good time even in the village. Jagya comes there and Sunder asks for money for the video game. Jagya says he has money but is not sure if giving him the money is a good idea. Sunder brushes it off as not a big deal. He tempts Jagya to still play with the game during the day.
At school, Jagya keeps playing the video game and ignores all his other friends at school. One of the boys asks Jagya if he finished his homework. Jagya talks rudely to him and ignores him. Sunder comes there and takes the game to return it. Jagya feels tempted to keep playing. Sunder taunts Jagya that he is a coward. Jagya then agrees to give Sunder the money. Sunder is happy. Sunder again falsely promises to return the money when his father sends money. He asks Jagya to hide the playstation from his family since exams are nearing. Sunder leaves and Jagya goes back to playing the game although he looks guilty.
Sumitra calls Suguna to go to the temple. Shyam offers to go with them. At the temple, Shyam sees MS and Tauji. MS glares at the trio. Shyam tries to take MS's blessings, but MS brushes him away and walks off. Tauji tells MS to stop. MS asks Tauji to hurry up since they are done. Tauji tells him to calm down. He then approaches Shyam, who takes his blessings. Sumitra nudges Suguna to do the same. Just as Suguna bends down, Tauji steps back. Tauji asks Shyam if he is well. He then tells Shyam that MS's anger is justified because of what he is done. But he should never hesitate to come to them if he needs something.
Tauji continues to talk nicely to Shyam and tells him to not become a ghar-jamai and dishonor his ancestors. He instigates Shyam to not stay with Maasa's family. Shyam leaves. MS tells Tauji that there was no need to encourage Shyam. Tauji tells MS that he has sown the seed of his plan in Shyam, who will return home eventually.
Maasa and sons talk about business. S,S and S return from the temple. Suguna goes up to her room and Shyam follows. Maasa asks if everything is fine, Sumitra says everything's ok. Maasa is not sure. She calls a servant to find out what happpened at the temple. The servant tells Maasa and sons everything that happened. Maasa and sons are upset to hear this. Bhairav wants to talk to MS again, but Maasa refuses. Maasa says that MS's anger is justified due to what Shyam did.
Message : Inspite of being legal, the society has still not accepted widow-remarriage.
Precap : Anandi complains to Shyam about Jagya lending Rs. 2000 to Sunder. Shyam asks jagya why he did that and Jagya lies that Sunder needed money to buy books
