Highlights
- Anandi's parents are upset with Dadisa's refusal to help them.

The episode begins with Anandi crying, as she watches her
parents walk away in tears. She tries to question them, as to how they will
manage, but they leave. She runs to her room in tears. Jagya walks in behind
her, and asks her to stop crying, since he can't bear to see her crying. She
asks him to leave. But, he insists and stays back reminding her that he listens
to everything she says, so she has to listen to everything he says as well. She
wonders as to how her parents will survive, and questions Jagya as to the
reason Dadisa refused to help out her parents that they have so many lands, but
at her parents place they had only one land and they lost out on that as well.
Jagya is helpless, as Anandi continues to cry.
Meanwhile, Sugna questions Sumitra,
as to the reason Dadisa was at first pleasant with Anandi's parents, but the
minute the matter of the land came up she made a face and walked away. In terms
of their "Tausa" he looked like someone, who was aware of the matter, yet he
didn't do a thing. Sumitra listens calmly.
At Anandi's parents place her mother is furious with the way Dadisa behaved, and informs her husband that Dadisa was well aware of Mahaveer Singh, and she didn't want to help, hence she dismissed them. That she does not want to keep relations with that family, while her husband tries to calm her down, and asks her not to say that. That they had no hope in the first place, and it was Govind that informed them Mahaveer Singh is a relative of Anandi's in-laws, and if this was written in their fate, then they can't necessarily do anything about it. Anandi's mother cries bitterly.
Dadisa is seated in her room, and recalls old memories of
a child crying, and a lady with two children running out, except the audience
cannot see the scene clearly. Sumitra continues to knock on her door insisting
Dadisa to open the door, while Dadisa wipes her tears away, and continues to
sit there.
Shyam informs Sugna that Dadisa must have a reason for refusing to help out. Sugna informs him that she is clueless as to the reason Dadisa did this. Shyam mentions that Anandi's parents must have been so disappointed, and there is no one to help them now, even Kakasa left for Calcutta, if he was here, then he would definitely done something for them. He feels bad for Anandi's parents. Sugna tells him that everyone was upset with this decision. Anandi walks in on them and runs to Shyam. She hugs him saying she was waiting for him, and since he is the son in law of this house he can get to speak to Dadisa, she will not refuse him. At Shyam's parents place two men are seated and one of them tells the other that he has thought carefully over this matter, and ordered the papers. Shyam's mom walks in and announces that dinner is ready.
Tausa is pacing the floor up and down, and his wife asks him, if there is any matter that is making him worried. He tells her sternly that there is nothing, and she should leave. Sumitra enters, and she asks him to have dinner. He declares that he is not hungry. Sumitra finds it strange that Dadisa is also seated in her room with her door locked. She insists about Mahaveer Singh, and he is furious that he is not aware of any Mahaveer Singh. She turns to leave, but finds Shyam standing. She leaves.
Next, we watch a black & white scene (possibly the past) with a man walking; next we catch a woman running with two children, and someone chasing her. It is raining heavily at night, and sounds of thunder can be heard. The man yells at the woman to stop. Dadisa wakes up from her dream, and is not happy that she is remembering all the old, bitter memories.
Precap: Two men are speaking (Sorry, I'm clueless as to who they are, if anyone can inform me their names I will add it in). One of them tells the other that this year Kalyani Devi's crops will earn the most. The other man tells him that he is played the game very nicely, thoughtfully, and strategically.
