first you have to convert your music file into shockwave flash file(.swf)...you can make it by using software or on online also...then simply upload it to the file hosting site(which support such file for upload)
just like posting the pic in the post paste the direct link in this case in between (FLASH WIDTH=<> HEIGHT=<>)<link>(/FLASH)...(use [ ] in place of ( )...and the dimensions of flash player as height and width)...that's all done...you will have music in your thread
