Highlights : Sumitra discovers the kids are missing
Bhago gives in to Khajan's pressure.
Maasa is confronted by Mahavir Singh.
Sumitra prays to kanhaji to restore peace in the family. Suguna comes to her and tells her that Anandi and Jagya were missing. Sumitra is worried and tells Suguna not to tell Maasa. Suguna has already sent word to Shyam. She hopes Anandi has not gone to her parents like last time. Sumitra assures her that Anandi wouldn't do anything stupid.
Back at Khajan's house, Govind, his wife and Khajan try to convince Bhago to agree to mortgage their house. Bhago doesn't agree, fearing they will lose their house too. After a lot of persuasion, she agrees to think about it and if God is willing, she will agree.
At Maasa's haveli, Suguna and Sumitra panic about Jagya and Anandi. Shyam comes there. Sumitra tells him everything and sends him to look for the children.
Meanwhile Anandi and Jagya return from Nagore. At the bus stop, Jagya tells Anandi not to tell anyone they had gone to Nagore. When everything is resolved, they can tell the family. Jagya runs into Sunder, who taunts Anandi. He whispers something in Jagya's ear and tells him to come with him. Anandi warns Jagya to not go with Sunder. Jagya tells Sunder that he won't come with him anywhere. His father had found out about the school bunking and he had gotten into a lot of trouble. He only wants to study well now. Sunder is disappointed.
Back at the haveli, Shyam returns to tell the bheendnis that he didn't find thd kids anywhere. Just then Maasa calls out to Anandi. Sumitra starts to go up when the kids return. Sumitra hurriedly sends Anandi to go to Maasa, warning her not to tell Maasa that she wasn't at home all day. Suguna grills Jagya about where they had gone. Jagya lies they had gone to a nearby temple to pray for Anandi's parents. Sumitra scolds him for being so careless.
In Maasa's room, Maasa gives Anandi Kanhaji's photos and decorations. She asks Anandi to set up everything for the janmashtami pooja. Anandi leaves happily. Down in the hall, the kids, bheendnis and Shyam prepare for the night pooja. The servant comes in announcing that Mahavir Singh was here to see Maasa. Everyone panics. Sumitra sends Shyam to fetch Maasa immediately. Shyam goes up and tells Basanth and Maasa that MS2 was downstairs. Both are shocked.
Down in the hall, MS2 approaches the living room as Maasa hurriedly comes down the stairs, flanked by Basanth and Shyam. On seeing MS2, Maasa glares at him. MS2 looks at her smugly while the whole family looks on...

Precap : Maasa shoves Anandi yelling at her. She says that Anandi didn't care about anything but her parents. So she will be going back to her parents immediately. Anandi pleads with Maasa who drags her.
