Highlights : Maasa comes to know that Anandi went to Mahavir Singh
Maasa tells Anandi to leave the house.
Anandi spends one last night at the haveli
Scene continues from Maasa hurrying down to meet MS2. Maasa stands shocked seeing him, while MS2 keeps smirking at her. He tells Maasa that her situation was so bad that she is sending her bheendni's to do the work of asking for help. Maasa is puzzled about what he is talking about. MS2 says that her bheendni had come to him, begging for mercy. Maasa yells at him that none of her bheendni's would do any such thing. She asks him to stop lying and get out. Just then Anandi comes out with Jagya. MS2 smiles cunningly, points at Anandi and says that she had come to him, begging to return Khajan's land. Basanth yells at MS2 to stop lying and asks Anandi to confirm that she was at home all day.
Anandi looks nervous and timidly says that she had indeed gone to MS2's house. Maasa is shocked to hear this. MS2 taunts her some more saying he is always ready to help her, while Maasa should give up her pride etc. Maasa stands like a rock as MS2 taunts her some more and leaves. After he leaves, Maasa slaps Anandi and starts cursing her for ruining her self-respect for her parents' sake. She had ruined everything she had struggled to gain all these years. Sumitra and Shyam try to intervene, but Maasa stops them.
Maasa tells Anandi that she only cares about her parents, so she is going back to her parents immediately. She then proceeds to drag Anandi with her while the whole family runs behind. Jagya tells Maasa that it was he who went to MS2 and he just took Anandi along. Maasa brushes this away saying Anandi had manipulated him. Basanth stops Maasa from throwing anandi out. He requests to let Anandi stay the night and he would leave her at her parents' in the morning. Maasa grudgingly agrees and goes in.
After Maasa goes in, Suguna and Shyam take Anandi to her room. Sumitra requests Gehna to talk to Basanth and have him convince Maasa to change her punishment. Gehna agrees and goes looking for Basanth. In her room, Maasa paces angrily, talking to herself about what a big mistake Anandi had made and she would never forgive her. She turns around to see Sumitra standing at the door.
Sumitra pleads with Maasa to change her mind. Anandi is a part of the family and cannot be cast away. Maasa refuses to listen saying she has already forgiven Anandi innumerable times for other mistakes. But she is not willing to ever forgive Anandi for what she has done. Sumitra asks Maasa why it was such a big mistake, but Maasa tells her she doesn't want to talk anymore and shuts the door in her face.
In her room, Anandi packs her bag and keeps crying. She tells Suguna and SHyam that she doesn't want to leave. Her parents would be very upset if she went back. She doesn't want to hurt them and was willing to not do anything without Maasa's permission. Suguna hugs her helplessly, while Shyam leaves in a huff. He goes to Sumitra and asks her to comfort Anandi. Sumitra says she cannot face Anandi since she is unable to support her. SHe feels guilty that she is unable to stand up against Maasa for Anandi. As she keeps talking, she realises something.
Sumitra asks Shyam to call Bhairav and call him back immediately. He would never allow Anandi to leave. Shyam calls Bhairav, but is unable to reach him. He assures Sumitra that he will keep trying and he will also try talking to Basanth. In their room, Basanth refuses to listen to Gehna. He tells her that he had tried to reason with Maasa right at the beginning, but from her behavior, he understood that something major had gone wrong and he didn't want to make matters worse. That is why he had not gone to meet MS2 himself. He says that Anandi had made too big a mistake for Maasa to overlook.
Shyam comes to Basanth who refuses to help Anandi. Shyam pleads with Basanth to change Maasa's mind. Basanth says that he too cares for Anandi, but he will not talk to Maasa now since she may get more upset and insist on throwing out Anandi right away. He feels they should wait and try to talk to her later. Gehna and Shyam feel helpless.
Jagya comes to Anandi's room. Suguna tells Jagya not to talk to Anandi since she is very upset. Jagya feels bad that it was his fault and Anandi is paying the price. He regrets taking Anandi with him. Shyam and Anandi listen to all this. Jagya decides to talk to Maasa, but Shyam stops him and tells him to wait until morning, so that Maasa maybe in a better mood. The alarm rings indicating mid-night.
Anandi goes down to the living room and does Aarti for Kanhaji. Everyone in the haveli hears this and feels bad. Everybody joins Anandi. Maasa stands in the first floor and prays alone. Anandi gives Prasad to everyone. She cries upon seeing Sumitra. She then proceeds to give Prasad to Maasa who takes it and goes to her room and locks it. Anandi is left crying.
Message : It is the duty of elders to forgive children's mistakes. By not doing so, seeds of bitterness are sown in children.
Precap : Jagya runs behind Anandi's bus. Anandi tells him to take care of himself and to study well. Jagya promises to get her back when Bhairav returns. The postman comes to Khajan's house to tell them that Anandi was coming in the morning bus. Khajan is unable to find Anandi at the bus stop....
