Do not eat bread which JUST toasted;
Drink more water at the morning, less in the night;
Do not drink coffee twice a day;
Reduce volume of oily food;
Best sleeping time is from 10 at night to 6 at the! morning;
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm;
Do not take capsule with cool water;
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping;
8 hours lack of sleep will make a person stupid😉
When battery left last grid, do not answer the phone. The radiation is 1000 times;
Do not use earphone for long time. Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour.

Unlike me, if I get more than 6 hours of sleep I fail to function properly 😳

I guess I'm so used to sleeping very less that when I sleep more than I am used to (5-6 hours) I wake up exhausted. 😆

🤣 JKu! I don't know, but I'm quite used to it now.  But I do get more sleep over the weekends but then I stay up till 4 in the morning 😆

4 AM????????????????😲 The only time I stayed up that late was during last weekend with that whole CC fiasco😆 You better not burn urself out😡 Ur needed way toooooooooooooo much😳😳

Yep, over the weekends that's what I do 😳😳 Too busy during the week so over the weekends I catch up on all the shows I've missed.

Awww no I won't, I promise, it's been awhile I've been functioning on this much sleep and pretty well. 😉

i think good tips. but sometimes some with pressure of studies and work can't take proper sleep
