India can do a lot - Littering in public places should be dealt with iron claws - It is appalling to see garbage strewn all around - may be some civic sense lessons and heavy fines??? a la Singapore??
to better health care, i just think there need to be more hospitals even in remote areas..n the fee shouldn't be really high too..it should acsessible and affordable for everyone..
