It's the moment we've all been waiting for *dhan tan taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan*
It's that time of day to announce the MUCH awaited results for the CFC forum's fantastic BANNER CONTEST!
Before I announce the winner, I'd just like to say that we were all SO surprised to see all twenty-three GORGEOUS banners that some of you have taken out the time to make.
It was a tough race... one of the toughest, I would say, BUT after 2 weeks of deliberating, I-F's development team has decided to reward ..........
