Mouth watering recipes... πŸ˜›Thanks

This below chocolate fudge recipe really works. This recipe I got from Nigella Lawson's show.

All you needare 300gm Dark Chocolate, one condensed milk (I use milkmaid), 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2tsp unsalted butterand pistachio

First you need to put dark chocolate, condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract together in a bowland then put on theheat and mix them together. Add the pistachio and after sometime put it in a bowl. Then refrigerate and your chocolate fudge is ready

u can ask me any time you wanted to...enjoy the recipes.

& about your Question...
in the making it, the Dark chocolate compound/slabs are used.
and only we have to make them come in liquid position to use it...by double boiler method or kept in sunlight or in microwave to melt and get a liquid form. never use ready made sauces in this it will create a bad taste & flavor in the product.
in cakes also the chocolate sauce is made by melting the chocolate compound only

its available in any store & if not available you can use all time fav. Dairy milk also (for chocolate) Bonville(for dark chocolate) & Nestle white bar (for white chocolate)
this is an option only. its either or ways...

enjoy it
