Akshara comes to her room and finds Naitik missing. She goes looking for him and sees a heart-shaped red card on the stairs. It reads " There is still some time for the day to end. My..." She is confused what that meant and goes looking for Naitik. There is a similar card on the table that reads "Forgive my one mistake Akshara. And..." She smiles a bit goes outside. Unable to find/see anything, she comes inside. She finds another card hanging on the stairs; it reads "And live the remaining moment with me. I'm..." She smiles and suddenly realizes something and goes upstairs. She comes out (I think its their terrace) and finds another similar card on the ground. It reads "I'm not the first one but at least the last one wishing you from my heart." She walks a few steps further when she sees a hourglass and hears Naitik saying "Only half and hour is left for this beautiful day to end." Akshara looks around her but doesn't see anyone. Suddenly, all those glittery stuffs fall on her and she smiles more.
While the background song "Piya Bawari" is being played, we see Naitik's hand directly the fan towards Akshara making those heart shaped paper fly. Akshara catches one that reads "I Love You". Naitik has a collection of bangles and makes noise from it. Akshara comes towards it and does the same. She then goes towards a table. She sees her painting and smiles. Then she notices a gift on the table. She opens it to find a red sari with black border. She notices that her painting is wearing the same sari. Then we see Akshara wearing that Sari and coming towards a table with her birthday cake and roses all around it. She then says that she wants to spend those last moments of the night with him, in his arms. Naitik hugs her from behind and then makes her turn towards her.
Naitik apologizes for forgetting her birthday and Akshara says that she should be sorry after all he did so much for her. Naitik says that he fills so bad since she must be waiting since the night. Akshara taunts him saying "Yes, you did a mistake...so you should apolozise" Naitik is expressionless so Akshara starts laughing. He puts his hand on her lips and they stare at each other. Akshara blows the candles and cuts the cake while Naitik sings. She is about to feed him but he feeds her first. They are about to kiss and the screen goes blur.
Its morning and all the Singhania ladies are in the kitchen. Naitik comes there and hugs Gayatri and passes a flying kiss to Akshara. As she is about to go Naitik pulls her pallu He then praises Akshara in front of Bhabhi Maa for how she cooks tasty "puri" He looks at Akshara while she hits him. This makes Naitik shout and he makes an excuse that the oil is hot. Bhabhi Maa tells Akshara to take those "puris" out at the table and Naitik follows her pulling her pallu.
Nandani and Rashmi are at the table and they tease Naitik calling him Akshara's tail. Naitik says that he is Akshara's shadow. Bhabhi Maa enters along with Gayatri and praises Akshara for her cooking. Naitik tells Nandani to learn all those things from Akshara as it will be helpful for her. Bhabhi Maa says that today is Akha Teej so she wishes to invite Mohit's family over because relationships made on this day never break. Nandani is happy and Bhabhi Maa tells Akshara to invite Rajshri and Varsha also. Meanwhile Akshara notices that Gayatri is not feeling well. Everyone tells her to go and rest but she refuses since there will be guests in the house. Naitik tells her not to worry and that Akshara would take care of everything. He further says that they should also give the entire responsibility of Nandani's marriage to Akshara to which Bhabhi Maa and Gayatri agree. Akshara kinda smiles but is worried at the same time.
Shaurya is getting ready to go to his office. Varsha comes there with his watch and hankerchief. She tells him to come back home soon as she gets bored alone. He tells her that he had an important meeting and it would be difficult to come home early but he'd try. He then tells her to visit nearby markets but Varsha refuses and says they'll go together. He then gets a call from his client and Varsha rushes to take his arti. As he is about to go, she again reminds him to come home early and he hugs her. He leaves and Varsha goes towards the table where she had kept his curd. Varsha is worried since Dadi always fed him curd before he left for work.
Akshara is in pacing around in her room and asks Naitik how come he told everyone that she would handle Nandani Didi's marriage. She wants everything to be alright in this wedding and she doesn't want to make any mistakes. Naitik tells her to calm down and that he would help her whenever needed. After agreeing she starts to make a list of things. When she goes downstairs, Naitik notices his videogames lying on the table. He calls Mohit and challenges him for a game. Mohit agrees and says that he will never lose to Naitik. Akshara comes in with Gulabo and starts arranging the saris in the right boxex. After Gulabo leaves, she tells Naitik to bring some gold coins for her since she is too busy to leave the house. Naitik agrees and Akshara calls Rajshri. Raajshri agrees to come and bring Varsha along with her.
Akshara goes to the Kitchen when Naitik thinks that he can ask Dhiruji (I hope I got the name right) to bring the coins at their house itself. He calls him and is happy that he doesn't need to go.
Mohit's family arrives and Gayatri along with Akshara start serving snacks. Nandani and Mohit look at each other and smile.Bhabhi Maa is talking to them when Rajshri and Varsha arrive. Since everyone has arrived Gayatri asks Mohit's mother if they can start the rasam. Mohit's mom agrees and Gayatri instructs Akshara to brring all the required stuffs along with those gold coins. Akshara goes upstairs where Naitik is getting ready. She helps him with his buttons and then asks for the gold coins. Naitiks tells her about phoning the guy since it would take more time for him to go and return. Akshara is worried what she will tell Maa when Gayatri herself comes there and asks what was the matter. The episode ends on NaKsh's worried face.

Precap: Mohit mom says something and then Akshara tells her not to worry because everything would be all right once Nandani stepped in the house.
