Additi is from Bhopal. She was doing her second year in fashion designing at Symbiosis University. Acting was never on Additi's mind as a career option. But things took a turn and she was chosen to play the main lead of Balaji's 'Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil', after auditioning for it in Pune. Additi have taken a year's break from her studies. She would like to move further in this industry, but she will also continue with her studies as and when time permits. Additi's name wasn't spelled Additi, but Aditi. Due to Ekta's belief in numerology, an extra 'D' was added to her name.

Theme of Fanclub: Best Scenes of "Heer" in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil.

In serial "kis desh mein hain meraa dil" Additi portrays the character Heer which made her popular among masses.In the journey of"Kis desh" Heer dons many roles like daughter, lover, wife, mother etc and Additi has done justice to faith reposed in her. Scene From 16th July, 2008.

Heer decides to return Prem to his parents as Prem's father Lalit Junega was not ready to accept Heer as his daughter-in- law. She is determined to leave Prem .they visit jaisalmer. There they tie dharga making wishes.In this scene Heer's eyes are full of grief and fear of loosing her love of life.

Prem: How are you? Tum ne chadar nahin li?

Heer: Nahin Prem. Mannat ki ek hi chadar thi. Ek bhoodi chachi ko mujhse zyada zaroorat thi us chadar ki. To mein ne usse de di. Badle mein unho ne mujhe bahut sari duwayen de di. Insaan ki duwa mein hi bhagwan hothi hain na Prem?

Prem:haan Heer. Jinhe duwa mil jathi hain usse bhagwan mil jathe hain. Khwajaji ki darwaze se koi khali haath nahin jaayega. Aaj hamein mannatwali chadar nahin mili tho kya huwa, Hamari mannath zaroor poori hogi.

Heer: Tu hi bi chodko milaye, tu hi rishton ko nibhaye. Tere darbar se koi sawali khali haath nahi gaya. Aaj meri murad bhi poori kar de. Koi aisa mod le,koi aisa karishma dikha de ki duwawon mein assar aaye, aur bichade huye mil jaaye.

Heer refuses to accept the news of Prem's death .She becomes hysterical and deluded herself into believing that he is still alive.Meanwhile Juneja family recieves the death video of Prem.All dreams and hopes of Heer are shattered after watching the video.She breaks down and cries loudly.This this is one of the most heart rendering and poignant scenes .Additi's portrayal of grief, agony and helplessness of Heer in this scene is spectacular.

Scene From 6th November, 2008.

After the confirmation of Prem's death, as per Prem's last wish Heer takes resposibities and duties of Prem's family on her shoulder. But Prem still lives in her heart.At night she talks to the moon,which symolises thier love. This scene shows that Heer's life is entirely dedicated in fulfilling Prem's wishes and desires.
