Oru Naal Varum (Malayalam: ??? ??? ????; Translation: One day will come) is a 2010 Malayalam film by T. K. Rajeev Kumar. This movie is a comeback movie of the Mohanlal - Sreenivasan combo after 5 years[1]. The film was also scripted by Sreenivasan. The film marks the debut of the bollywood actress Sameera Reddy in Malayalam films[2].

Story

Oru Naal Varum movie is the tale of an ordinary man Kolappulli Sukumaran(Mohanlal) who attempts to construct his dream house, but is tore down by corruption in the society. Sreenivasan has an equal important role as a corrupted Assistant Town Planning Officer Gopi Krishnan. The first part of the movie contains a conflict between Mohanlal and Sreenivasan. As the movie progress Mohanlal realizes that Sreenivasan is the town planning officer. Inpsite of the bribes offered; Sreenivasan does not provide the necessary approvals to Mohanlal for construction of his house due to their earlier conflicts. The movie continues with the competition between Mohanlal and Sreenivasan.

Speaking about the sequel, director K. Madhu informed that the film is still in the scripting stage and it would hit the screens next year. Music director Shyam and scriptwriter S.N. Swamy, who were also in all the four films, will continue to be a part of the fifth movie.

Madhu added, "The plot will be the same in this film also. Viewers will not be decided in any way and can expect one more interesting thriller".

The character of main protagonist played by Mammootty is believed to be inspired by Radhavinod Raju, the first chief of India's National Investigative Agency.

I have seen all the four parts of this movie .. Most of the channels show these movies repeatedly.
I must say I really got scared seeing Nerariyaan CBI..

Lets see what they have in store for us with this 5th part.

Among non Telugu heroes Mammotty is one of favourite hero along with Kamal hasan..I usually watch the movies of him which are dubbed in telugu or Tamil. Long time back there was a film in Telugu, Swatikiranam, in which he played the role of a very prejudiced classical singer. He lived in the character in such a way that those who have seen him in that role would fee no one else would have done justice to that character other than mammotty.
