Ideas for 17th Birthday Party?

my birthday is coming up. So I've decided to make that the theme of my cake this year, but i need a little help deciding what picture of them should be on my cake. Please tell me the best bakery shop also want to cheap and tasty cake.

wher do u live???? u dint mention that !!! go to the bakery shop n ask dem 2 show designs of the cakes n select one umm as ur a grown p order a step cake lyk royal types or postpone this plan to ur 18th birthday it would b better get a three step cake done 4 ur 18th b day !!!

THEMES
-Black and white
-Bollywood (this would be harder for people to buy/afford)
-Formal (dresses and tuxs)
-Cartoons/anime/novel character dress up
-Scary themed (everyone comes in some sort of Halloween outfit/frightening makeup0
-80s (bright colors/leggings)

Buing a chocolate cake is a good idea and ask in the bakery about design.
