and one suggestion if you  mentioned the things which member, in different level can do or not, it will be good.. i mean like how many post perday a newbie/groupbie/or other members can post. and who can post youtube and use of emoticons and other... i think i'm succeded in making you understand what i mean...

Yes if yup copy from word I guess it can be done 

Sometimes members themselves ask for closing if there account

In the first case the ban is mostly permanent

In the second case if member has asked for ban he can ask for lifting it too
