Go to the member's profile for who you want to write a testimonial , You will see as link in the member's profile as Testimonial , click on that , on the testimonial page you will find a text box , fill that up with your testimonial text and click on Post to post your testimonial , the testimonial will be visible on the member's profile once he/she accepts it ! :)
