Glitz, glamour and showbiz are always associated with the Filmfare Awards. The big night has the who's who of South Indian Cinema parading the red carpet with anticipation and expectations to watch who would bring the Black Lady home. And the suspense ended on 7th August 2010 at the star-studded ceremony where stars from Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada and Telugu films gathered for the big event.
Sameera Reddy performed on the big stage with lots of excitement; Ganesh Venkatraman and Andrea were the MCs.
Malayalam film Pazhassi Raja netted seven awards, Telugu film Magadheera walked home with six, and national award-winning Tamil film Kanchivaram won three.
