Vasu is angry when Ragini tells her that she sent the marriage agent away. Ragini and Vasu are stunned to hear Alekh say that he would like to get married, because a marriage would be entertaining. Vasu tells Ragini that she will get Alekh remarried at any cost.  Sakshi is happy to know that Vineet is Sharma's son. She enquires about Malti's having cancer, which Sharma denies. Sakshi is puzzled.  Vineet is stunned when Sharma confronts him about lying to Sakshi about Malti's illness. Vineet understands that it would be his friend Aakash's doing. Sharma asks him to rectify the situation. Sakshi's boyfriend Tarun tells her that Vineet would have asked Aakash to lie to her, as he was interested in her. Sakshi is stunned when Tarun hints that Vineet was trying to gain her sympathy, as he wanted to flirt with her. He advises her to pretend to be interested in Vineet so that she could easily get a promotion and a home loan. Ragini apologises to Vasu, but Vasu does not forgive her.

Vasu tells Alekh that he needs a life partner to take care of him and Khushi. She insists on searching for a wife for Alekh when he gives his consent for marriage. Anmol insists that Ragini accompany him in his plan to stop Vasu from getting Alekh remarried.  Vineet scolds Aakash for lying to Sakshi.Khushi is depressed when Vasu tells her that she is searching a new mother for her. Vasu is stunned when Tamanna tells Khushi that she doesn't want to share her mother with anyone. Ragini informs Anmol about a visit planned by a girl's relatives to see Alekh. Ragini and Vasu welcome Jyothi and her parents to see Alekh. Anmol locks Alekh in a room. He tells Jyothi know that Alekh is very short tempered. Jyothi and her parents are stunned to see Alekh knocking the door and getting furious. They learn that Alekh is not fit mentally and deny the proposal. Vasu learns that Anmol, Ragini and Guni ruined her plan.

Sharma is stunned to hear that Vasu has fixed Alekh's marriage with a girl named Kiran. Sharma, Ragini and Anmol advise Kiran's father not to get his daughter married to Alekh. Vasu tries to convince him otherwise.  Alekh makes a portrait of Sakshi. One of Sakshi's earrings is with Alekh, and he decides to give it to her when he meets her. Vineet begins to tell Sakshi the truth about Malti's illness, but is interrupted by some work.  Kiran's father decides to accept Sharma's advice.  Vasu is angry with Sharma for interfering in her personal affairs. Ragini is hurt when Vasu accuses her of marrying a stranger as soon as her son, Ranvir, died. Khushi is tearful on getting separated from Kavya and Tamanna in a large mall.  Ragini is worried to know that Khushi got lost. Tamanna is hurt when Ragini scolds her. Anmol finds Khushi. Anmol, Ragini and Sharma are shocked to see Tamanna missing.

Kaushalya calls Ragini and informs her that Tamanna has come to their house. She feels that Vasu's plan in searching a life partner for Alekh is correct. Khushi overhears kaushi telling Nanima that Tamanna does not get the same love and affection from Ragini as Khushi.  Ragini is upset when Tamanna tells her about her feeling that she loves Khushi more. She tries to explain that she loves both equally. Anmol and Ragini console an upset Tamanna.  Vasu warns Tamanna. She blames Ragini for the situation. Ragini and Anmol are shocked when Khushi insists Vasu to get a new mother for her. Ragini apologises to Khushi. Ragini is upset as she couldn't keep up her promise of giving equal affection to Khushi and Tamanna. Anmol consoles an upset Ragini.

Tamanna prays for Khushi to get a new mother soon, so that she can have Ragini to herself. Khushi prays for a new mother so that Tamanna can be happy. Anmol consoles the upset Ragini. Sharma is upset when Kaushalya supports Alekh's remarriage.  Sakshi is stunned when Vineet requests her to resign from her job, so as to avoid future complications. Alekh is busy making a portrait of Sakshi. Alekh explains about the bomb incident and the way Sakshi saved him, when Vasu enquires about the portrait. Vasu is happy to see Alekh thinking of some other girl except Sadhana.  Sakshi is stunned to see Vasu waiting for her when she reaches home. Vasu explains how she traced her. Sakshi is shocked when Vasu requests her to marry Alekh and give him a new life.  Vasu forces Sakshi to accept a diamond pendant as a thank-you gift from Alekh. She explains to Sakshi the benefits of being associated with the Rajvansh family. She invites Sakshi to a party at their place.

Anmol shows Ragini and Anmol the portrait of the lady who saved him. Ragini remembers that she saw the lady in Nari Niketan. Anmol advises her to invite her to the annual party. Sharma is shocked to hear that Vineet sacked Sakshi. He advises him to help her find a new job.  Sharma tells Vasu that he came to know of Sakshi losing her job. Vasu agrees to help her out, when he requests her to do so. Alekh asks Khushi what kind of mother she wants so that he can paint her. Khushi is stunned to see that the final result is a portrait of Ragini. Ragini is touched to see this. Sakshi is stunned when Ragini invites her to the annual party of Nari Niketan. She tells Tarun about Vasu's proposal for Alekh. Sakshi decides to attend the party and expose Vasu's evil intentions publicly. Sakshi informs the media that there is going to be a big expose at the Rajvansh's party. Alekh informs Vasu that Ragini has confirmed Sakshi's coming to the party. Vasu is puzzled as to whether Ragini knows about her proposal to Sakshi.

Sakshi gets scared when some goons follow her on the way to the Rajvansh party. She tries to run away, but they catch up with her and beat her. She is stunned to know that it is a warning for Tarun to repay the Rs. 15 lakh that he owes them, which he lost to them in gambling. Ragini is questioned at the party by a reporter about the special announcement. The goons snatch away Sakshi's diamond pendant. When Ragini questions Vasu about the special announcement, she suspects whether Ragini knows about the announcement she was to make about Sakshi and Alekh's marriage. Anmol saves Sakshi from the goons, but is puzzled when she refuses to let him drop her to the party. Tarun pretends to be attacked by goons when Sakshi calls him. Anmol tells Ragini about the incident with Sakshi. Sakshi is shocked to find Tarun's house ransacked. Vasu is happy when Sakshi arrives at the party. She questions Sakshi about her proposal to marry Alekh.

Ragini and Sharma request Vasu not to take advantage of Sakshi, but Vasu refuses to listen to them.  Sakshi gets scared when Alekh is angry to see her in his painting room. Alekh thanks Sakshi and presents her the portrait of hers. Sakshi gets upset when Ragini requests her to re-think her decision, and walks out of the party. Tarun meets Sakshi outside Rajvansh House, and enquires about the happenings at the party. He is happy to hear that Sakshi has agreed to marry Alekh, to repay all his debts and lead a happy life with Tarun. Tarun initially pretends to be shocked, but then agrees to help her run away with the cash and valuables that Vasu would give her. Ragini finds Sakshi talking to Tarun. Tarun pretends to be a reporter interviewing Sakshi. Anmol suspects that Sakshi is in some problem. Ragini doubts that Sakshi knows Tarun beforehand. Sakshi leaves the next day to purchase some sarees and jewellery with Vasu. Anmol and Ragini decide to utilise that time in finding out Sakshi's background.

Ragini and Anmol approach the in-charge at Nari Niketan and ask her for the names and addresses of Sakshi's friends, as they want to host a surprise party for her. The in-charge directs them to Sakshi's personal diary. Sakshi impresses Vasu by pretending to talk sweetly. Ragini and Anmol find Sakshi's diary. They also find a file with papers relating to the purchase of a house. They decide to go to the real estate agency to find out more. Vasu selects sarees and jewellery for Sakshi. Sakshi is stunned to see Vasu standing behind her when she is talking to Tarun about her plan. At the real estate agency, Ragini and Anmol find out that Sakshi is in love with a man, and that they were ready to book a flat together. Anmol and Ragini wait for the agent's assistant to come and show them the papers of Sakshi's house. Tarun also reaches the agency and is stunned to see Ragini and Anmol there. He overhears their conversation. Sakshi assures Sharma that she is not sacrificing her life by marrying Alekh.  Sharma requests Sakshi to rethink her decision, but she refuses. Tarun stealthily gets into his office and steals the file. He is ready to get out when the real estate agent, his assistant, Ragini and Anmol try to get in.

Ragini gives her consent for Alekh's marriage with Sakshi. Sakshi hesitates to pick Tarun's call in front of Ragini. Ragini receives Tarun's call and warns him. Alekh is furious at Vasu when she tries to shift Sadhana's belongings from his room. He gets upset when Vasu breaks Sadhana's gift to him, by mistake. Vasu is hurt. Sharma refuses to attend Alekh's engagement. Alekh refuses to marry Sakshi, but Khushi pacifies Alekh and insists that he marries Sakshi, so that they can bring back Sadhana. Ragini insists on collecting Sakshi's blood report. Sakshi calls the hospital and is upset to learn that she is pregnant. Tarun pretends to console Sakshi and insists that she meet him after collecting all the jewels from Vasu. Tarun rushes to the hospital, but is shocked to know that Anmol has already collected Sakshi's report. Tarun calls Sakshi and asks her to leave Rajvansh immediately. Vasu stops her from leaving the place as it is getting late for her engagement.  Ragini and Anmol confront Sakshi when she tries to secretly get out of Rajvansh. Sakshi is stunned when Ragini declares that she is aware of her real purpose.
