Based on the promo, Pearl might have maybe cancer because she will say that she wants to do something for her daughter before she dies. So she might be having sickness.

At the last part MA Mum & Dad very shock & Ratna crying is it pearl die? Hopefully she dun die since she realise all her mistakes.
