Help neede wid avtar sig size

HI guyz,i've just made an animation/animated avtar for my signature and its size is abt 9 mb.It is GIF image.Can anyone tell me how to reduce tht 9 mb.I want to make it in KB's so tht it is easily uploaded.PLzz tell me how to do it and fast.PLzzzzzzzzz

I made it using imageready,it comes wid adobe photoshop.The size is 320x241.I've made some more animations and there size is also ladrge.It is coming in mb's.I want to make them in kb.
