Health is  one of the best things which is important for the human to stay more live. there are so many ways to stay healthy. like drink more and more water per day, eat healthy foods and fruits which contain good amount of vitamins and calcium, avoid smoking and drinking.

Health care is really important for all because at this time everybody can get more perfect health to doing better exercise and eating more healthy food is really good to maintain more nice health very well.  Fruits and green tea is best drink to maintain more nice health very well. Avoid more junk food and smoking.

  •  Wash your feet daily with mild soap & lukewarm water to protect them. Dry your feet well, especially between your toes.
  • Eat spinach (palak  regularly to stabilize your blood sugar and prevent it from fluctuating too much.
  • Choose fresh fruit instead of fruit juices. Fruit juices contain a lot of sugar to sweeten them up.
  • If any time you feel extremely weak , begin to sweat, or breathing very fast, see your doctor.
  • Avoid sweets completely.
  • Fried and fatty foods should be minimized.
  • Insulin will work properly if overweight is reduced.
  • Foods containing more fibre should be taken. This will help to reduce the absorption of glucose into the blood stream, there by reducing the sugar level in the blood.
  • Consumption of egg yolk, mutton and beaf should be reduced. Take fish and chicken without skin instead.
  • Amount of oil used in a day should not exceed 4 teaspoons.
  • Avoid Vanaspathi and Margarine.
  • Reduce stress and maintain good health.
