As RP had pointed out that is K.S.Jayalakshmi. She has acted as villi in a few films and is the famous villi from Radhika's Annamalai serial.

SC, KB's serials / films are in Roja's favorite list - that is why she knows
this actress. Mathapadi, Roja's arivu on serial /film actors is next
to nothing !!! Roja watches Kai Alavu Manasu and Premi now - which
are reruns but Roja did not get a chance to watch them. Oh mannnn,
KB is a master story teller, for sure .
