Vishal is shocked when he comes to know that he has to deal with a bag with drugs. He refuses to do it, the man threatens to harm shobha. Vishal reluctantly agrees and asks this guy that what if he gets caught in the process. The man says that it will be bad luck as no one will be able to save him then. The swiss police are very strict, and if he is caught with drugs, he might be beheaded. Vishal is scared but decides to do it for his family.
In India,there is ganesh visarjan. The people are dancing, the virani family is also there. Damini suddenly experiences some pain but says she is fine.
In Switzerland, Vishal gets into his car and goes.(the same music of ganesh visarjan playing)
Back in India, Viranis are part of the procession for ganesh visarjan. Tulsi walking quietly and karan walking in another side. Ganga and gautam are walking beside damini.
Vishal gets down from the car and walks toward some hill. (shots in between of procession reaching the sea shore) There is a man standing with a bag (some foreigner). Vishal approaches and gets the bag. Back to the car, vishal keeps it beside him. On the way back, there is a checkpost and some policemen are standing. Vishal gets scared and keeps the bag down.
In India, the idol is being immersed, suddenly damini experiences pain. Everybody rushes towards her. She tells gautam that it is time , they lift her and take her to hospital. Damini is taken to the operation theater, Ganga is tense, tulsi and savita come and console her. Tulsi says that both damini and ganga are delivering but damini is experiencing all the pain. Two laps are going to be filled by one womb.
Vishal is very tense, comes out of the car and stands beside it. The officer approaches asks the driver to open the luggage chamber. This guy calls Vishal and asks him till where has he reached. Vishal is irritated and tells this guy to shut up and disconnects the phone. There is another ring on his phone, vishal seems worried (he is acting) and goes towards the officer. The officer has just finished checking the back, vishal shows him his passport and some business papers. The officer wants to check the car. Just then, vishal's phone rings, he tells the officer that his wife is pregnant and delivering and he has to go urgently. The officer lets him go. Vishu gets into the car, the officer gets call on his walkie-talkie. He is told that they have got a tip that this guy with drugs is an indian. He turns to see that vishal's car has already left. He tells the others that the criminal is an indian.
In the hospital, everybody is tense. Karan tells sahil that only Damini can do such a thing(about giving one of her child away), sahil has got grateful kind of expression. Tulsi is looking at karan. Ganga is really tense, Sahil tells tulsi that Ganga will be relaxed only after the babies are delivered safely. Gayatri comes and says that she will be only relaxed after gautam has signed the adoption papers. Tulsi says there is no need as they are brothers and they are in the same house. Sahil agress but gayatri says that they can't say what
Gautam will do, as he knows about Aarti's case. She says i am not pick faults in gautam but it is important to get the papers. Sahil says no matter what, he will be thankful to Damini for doing such a thing.
Vishal is in his room regretting about what he has done. He thinks that he never did anything wrong even unknowingly in India, but now in a foreign country for his own people, he has to do gunaah knowingly. The man he met calls him again. He tells vishal that he should send the bag to India by placing it inside the Machine shipment which his company will be importing from Switzerland. Abhishek is also there with the goon and tells him to tell Vishal to ship it with the BIG one and Vishal overhears him and recognizes that its Abhishek. He asks the gangmen that is Abhishek near him ? The goon tells him that it is his boss rocky. He puts vishal on hold as there is another call on his line. And after a pause vishal also realizes that this guy is in the same hotel in which he is staying due to similar HOLD music and he rushes to the reception and ask for the room number from which the call was made. It was Room 304 and he reaches there in a flash to catch Abhishek Red handed. When he reaches the room, he searches everywhere but is unable to find anyone. Abhishek escaped by a matter of few minutes. Vishal enquires who was the other man with him in the room ? The guy says it was his Boss Rocky and he is lucky that his Boss has just left else he would not have spared you for his misbehaviour. Abhishek is coming out of the lift, thinks that he has to be extra cautious now as Vishal is suspicious.
Shivangi and the guy she took a lift from are stranded somewhere as she had asked him to take some shortcut. The car broke down, they have some useless argument blaming each other for the situation.
In India, in the hospital, the doctor comes out of the operation theater and says she has got two sons and she is fine. Everybody is happy, Tulsi tells gautam to go inside first. Ganga is happy and is crying saying that she had a son. Sahil congratulates her, everybody is happy and hugging ganga. Gautam thanks damini for making him a father, she thanks him too and says she does not want to stay in hospital and wants to go home. Gautam tells her that he will take her home when the doc says and now she should meet everybody as they are eager to see her. Damini tells gautam to first send ganga inside as she wants to handover ganga's child to her. Gautam says both are his children and he is not giving them away. Ganga and Tulsi hear this as they are standing at the door. Both are shocked and Ganga starts crying, and says mera bacha, maa([looking at Tulsi).
At home, Ganga is still crying. Sahil tries to console her. She says on janmashtami day she lost her child but damini promised her and now she wants her child. Tulsi and Gayatri see this. They go to Gautam and tulsi reminds that damini had promised ganga. Gautam says did not promise and he can even give his life if damini says but won't to give any of his children. Tulsi is shocked.
