My personal meditation experience is that we have to relax and let go, relieving all tension, and concentrate in the region of the forehead.

It is said that we are all still asleep, in a world of Maya.
High time we try to wake up from all this.
I wonder what is the best method?
 
As long as the world holds attraction it will be difficult I guess.

In following the spiritual path we should find that the EGO should slowly become of lesser importance.
Our individuality is only a character in the Novel of Creation. Characters come and go depending on what the Author wants.

For those beginers the meditation on light is often recommended.
Having a single thought basically.
If we lead a good life it is much easier to concentrate as the mind is free from worries.
 
A lot of advice can be got from the internet I think.

Three steps in Light meditations:
 
I see the LIght
 
The Light is in me
 
I am the Light
 
 
Seated comfortably one has to relax the body and concentrate on the Light. The external light will then be seen either in our heart or between the eye brows.

I don't know much, but I heard that - one thing in front, and you sit in the padmasana and concentrate till it's the only thing that is in your mind. Helps to calm you down.

Tough Job😳

What I like to do is relax the chest and breather in gently through the nose. We can feel the calmness and beauty gently rise up. It is a wonderful experience and can be done anytime anywhere.
Wonder if it is endorphins😆
