on playing father...well there is a difference how film and tellywood functions...

many yrs ago we had someone like anupam kher playing a father in his very first movie :D

on tv i dnt knw if this is possible...for female actress wel its sad but they hv to play moms after a certain age...the male actor however can bag leading roles evn when he is in his 40s...see ronit roy in adalat :D
