91 and singing to the beat, its definitely a miracle.
Searching for solace and cure for his Autistic grandson ,Mr. Ajit KumarJoardar joined a meditation group twenty years ago,which motivated him to write poems . These poems became the lyrics of his songs.
With no formal training in music , for twenty years he struggled to produce an acceptable song but to no avail.Then, In November 2010, a friend introduced him to Mr. Suresh Rogan a well known music composer in Malaysia who made Mr. Joardar an artist overnight. After hearing Mr.Joardar sing a few lines, Mr Suresh said" Uncle I can do wonders with you" Not only did he keep his word on this, but also made Mr. Joardar a Malaysian record holder with the title of THE OLDEST TO COMPOSE AND PRODUCE A MUSIC ALBUM.
It still perturbs Mr Joardar, how he was able to sing from " LYRICS TO SINGING" without even thinking about notations, ragas,meter and more.. Is it a divine gift?
This clip includes parts of all the nine songs in his album "GEETON KA GULDASTA"

Part of the proceeds from this site will be donated to Rotary Club of USJ - Autism Project.
