You are so right! Shiney ka shakal is like a rapist - so he must be a rapist. If a star's shakal is not that of a criminal - he must not be a criminal. Your judgement seems sound to me!

She was probably intimidated by someone (from his family?) to take the case back afterwards.

OR, he didn't do it and she lied. 

Um, yeah. I know which one I believe. 

Guess the show really does go on in B-town. In five years Shiney might well make a "comeback" and be welcomed with open arms.

I'm extremely disappointed with the outcome of this case, but I do hope that the victim is able to move on in her life with no more harassment from Shiney and others related to this case

Poor girl. Protest needs to be done so this man can go to jail. He is gonna rape another girl knowing he will be released again. Sad.
