Please excuse for any mistakes,i haven't made an update for really long!

The episode begins with a nurse trying to feel a boy medicine. She tries to talk to him but he doesn't reply leaving her frustrared.Nidhi enters the ward and introduces herself. The nurse asks her what wrong has she done to come to this ward. The nurse tells her that this ward-the children's ward is regarded to be the punishment ward, which Nidhi finds ridiculous. The nurse tells her that this is Dr Ash tosh's favorite ward and says the kids here are devils.Nidhi goes around introducing herself to the children when she finally comes to the boy.Nidhi introduces herself but gets no reply.Nidhi warms up to the boy and asks him his name. The boy says that he was abandoned as a child and hence had no name, that's why he kept changing his name everyday and today the name is Shehenshah.Nidhi talks to him and tries to feed him medicine. hats when he calls her close and whispers something in her ears.Nidhi gives him a thumbs up and smilingly says done😊.

At Anjie's house Anjie is trying to sneak out of the house(with drawing equipment).Anjies father comes from behind and asks her what is she upto,and what is she doing with Paper and Sketchpens.Anjie panics and says she is giving the paper to "raddi"😆 and giving away the sketchpens.Anjie's Father tells her to do that later and makes her comes to his office to arrange his appointments.Anjie irritatedly follows him.

Back in the Childrens ward Nidhi is running behind Sheheshah-with her chappals in her hands crawling under the bed etc as everyone is cheering.Dr Ashutosh enters the ward and everyone inclusing Shehenshah become silent. Nidhi taking advantage of the situation catched Shehehshah from behind only to realize Dr Ashutosh is already there😲.DR Ashutosh is angrily glaring at Nidhi who jokingly says that now she will have to go to his cabin right?🤣,while Dr Ashutosh looks even more angry😡.He does a check up for Shahenshah  and warns the nurse that even though Shehshah is okey such a thing shouldn't happen again.Dr Ashutosh leaves and an upset Nidhi follows him.

In his cabin Dr Ashutosh is shouting at Nidhi saying that Shehshah has Menanjitis and is not supposed to have physical movement.Nidhi defends herself that she was only trying to befriend him and try to give him medicine and that it was he who asked her to catch him.Dr Ashutosh reacts saying that she should behave herself as this is a hospital.Nidhi says that Shehenshah having such big dreams despite being and orphan inspires her.Ashutosh smiles(for a change😳) but goes back to shouting at Nidhi for her irresponsibility.Dr Mallika enters and scolds Nidhi for not talking properly to Dr Ashutosh who is such a senior doctor.Nidhi tries to defend herself but is asked to leave by Dr Mallika.Dr Mallika asks Dr Ashutosh as to why did he waste his time on Nidhi.Dr Ashutosh reminds her that SHE was the one who told him to be soft on the interns.But she reminds him that not at the expencse of discipline.Ashutosh changes the topic and asks about the patient.He offers to drop her home after the rounds,Dr Mallika is pleased.

Back at home Nidhis Father is making some business deals with his lawyers(I think so[:S] when Nidhi enters the house looking upset and half heartedly greets the guests.Once Nidhi leaves her father is reminded of the property that had been left to Nidhi as per her will and that they have to pay taxes etc(its Ashutosh's old house i guess!😕).Nidhi's father says they will manage later and leaves.

Nidhi's bua tries to feed her but Nidhi is upset.Nidhi asks her father if she really is his daughter😆 when her father teases her and asks her shpuld he call her"Dr Nidhi Verma".Nishi walks away while Bua blames Nidhis father for making her upsetAnjie enters and asks if she met any handsome doctor as yet😆 .Nidhi refues to talk to her when their cook asks her if she will have Onion Parathas.Nidhi smiles ad throws him a flying kiss(how cute😳).Nidhi and Anjie leave for their room.

Back at the hospital Dr Ashutosh and Dr Mallika check on a patient before they leave.Outside Dr Mallikas house Dr Ashutosh are discussing of how he has saved her from a plumbling or electrical mishap and are laughing about,when Mallika says that if he wanted he could have been something else for her too.Dr Ashutosh tells her that she is a close friend and that even if they got together it would be like two deserts asking the other for greenery,they both are equally lonely.Ashutosh is about to leave when Mallika says that sometimes even a rose can flower in a desert to which Ashutosh replies that he doesn't belive in relations and leaves.Mallika has a sad smile on her face.

Precap:-

Nidhi and Anjie have parked their car in front of Dr Ashutosh's car and hence cant leave.Anjie suggests that Nidhi get his car keys and keep it back after they get their car out.Nidhi is searching for keys in Ashotosh's office when he sees her.😆😲
