Episode starts with Nids looking worries at Shehenshah's state in the ICU. She is still crying and sad over what has happened. She sits next to him still crying then she takes off her earrings and bracelet (she puts them on the bed). She wipes her tears and calls out Shehenshah asking him to get better and not to die on her.😭
Ash is back home, has something to drink. Kaka comes to check on him. Kaka asks him if he wants to eat but Ash declines. Kaka ask if he wants chocolate, which he loved as a child. Ash laugh and tells Kaka he remembers everything about the past. Kaka tells Ash hated drinking milk, so doctor used to add chocolate to make Ash drink. Flashback to when Baba is making him drink milk by adding chocolate. Ash said Baba took care of him really well, never thought about his own life. Flashback with Sanjeevani talking about Baba's strained relationship with his daughter. Back to present, Kaka tells him every relationship has some give and take. Ash said when there is an empty spot in a relationship, people make another one.but his relationship began and ended with Baba. That empty spot can never be filled. Ash talks about how his mother made him an orphan and it happened again. Kaka explains that life will fill the void. He tells Ash that his life will be filled with colour again. Scene cuts to Nids still with Shehenshah, looking worried and pensive. Anji is talking to Mr Varma and that he shouldn't task her about anything. Buaji scolds Mr Varma about not calling his daughter and asking how she is. Anji tells Buaji that Nids can't be disturbed.
Next morning we see Nids sleeping next to Shehenshah. Nurse comes in to check then Ash walks in to see Nids asleep. Ash check Shehenshah's charts.Nurse tells how Nids took care of the boy and didn't even rest. Ash wakes Nids up and wish her good morning. He tells her to relax and meet him in his office ( he sure loves to call her to his office😉😆). Ash then sees Nids' earrings, puts them in his pockets. He then leaves.
Ash is in his room and Nids comes in. He tells her to seat but Nids prefer to stand. He asks her if she was angry with her but Nids said no as it was his 'right'. He gets up to talk to her. He explains that every doctor faces difficulty when they lose their first patient, often filled with guilt, doctors will only forgive themselves when they start to have feelings. Ash said when he first lost his patients, Arun, he felt the same, so he tells her every doctors will try their best to save their patients. For those who don't give it their all, they won't be able to forgive themselves. He tells her that he wanted her to realise her abilities on becoming a real doctor. So he wants her to decided carefully if she wants to stay on as a doctor or not but she has to make the decision herself. Nids said she knows and leaves. Ash stops and asks if she able to drive or she needs a driver. Then he hands over an envelope, Nids is confused.😕
Nids gets into her car, opens her bracelet then takes a look inside the envelope. She sees it's her earrings and touches her ears and smiles.Nids puts aside her earrings on the passenger seat. While driving she looks at the earrings, which reflects. Once at home she sees Buaji waiting for her by the bed. Buaji/Dadi asks if she wants to eat or drink. Nids tells she doesn't want anything and asked to left alone. Dadi asks if her patient is ok, Nids said yes, so Buaji asks what's her problem. Nids said she wants to be left alone, so Buaji leaves. Buaji walks out and Mr Varma asks Nids' situation and Buaji tells him Nids wants to be alone. Mr Varma comes to talk to Nids and asks if her patient was okay, Nids said yes. Mr Varma then asked if Nids was okay and she said that is something needs to find out tonight. She wants to know what she wants to do and who she is. Mr Varma wants to say something but leaves instead. Nids looks at the earrings and ponders.🤔

Precap: It's morning, Mr Varma asks what is Nids' decision. Nids said she doesn't know but will get to it. Then Ash asks her about her decision.
My two cents I think this incident has helped Nids grow as a a person and doctor. What Ash said made a lot of sense. Despite his harsh words to her yesterday, what he told her today was words of encouragement.
