Nelli  gets an assurance from Mayil that he is firm in his stand- not to accept Gopi as their son . Mayil assures ' no mannipu for him as long as I live. In that case, Nelli says , we will go ahead with Paramu / Ramesh engagement. ' my valarpu is agmark valarpu , my sons will not cross naan kizhicha kodu. But on one condition ' all should  head drown[thala muzhugufy ]  Gopi , door closed for him  in  their house . Gopi has brought disgrace to the family. Nothing wrong in falling in love , but should have the courage to openly admit & fight for it. Soga Sokku walks back home to a soga BGM. Broods over Gopi's act.  In comes Ashoke with his Adiyals. Ransacks the house. Abuses Sokku, Gopi , all & sundry. Sokku tries his best to pump some sense in to the hot headed man. No luck. Ashok is simply mad , aathirakkaranukku budhi mattu , he & his men thrash Sokku. Dham dhoom dhadam dhadam. Sokku Samharam Arambam.

Both Gopi Malar comes. Mayil and wife stare at him in anger. Mayil goes to Gopi and starts beating and slapping Gopi.  Gopi keeps asking enna achu chittapa. Malar tries to stop Mayil but is drag away by Devanai who also hits her asking unmake oru purasha pattalaiya nu. The girls try to stop them. Josiya just stands and looks only. Gopi manage to pull away Devanai and ask her to stop hitting Malar. Devanai falls down and Gopi carries her up back but she pushes away his hand.  Devanai goes to Mayil and ask did he see what happen? Gopi trying to kill her only to save his wife (😲😲aaa ennadha poi idhu…?) Gopi is confused.

Gopi ask her why is she talking like this. Devanai ask him not to call her chitti. Mayil starts yelling at Gopi asking why did he do like this? How much the whole family trusted Gopi? Mayil said he wanted both Gopi Malar to be married and even went to see her father and got beating from her brother. Even then Gopi ask them to leave everything as faith is not his side. But then how can he now do this?  Devanai scolds Gopi for falling over this Vellai thollu. She left her husband for Gopi, and soon she will not like Gopi and leave for another man. Malar cries. Gopi ask his chitti why is she talking so bad like this.  Devanai continues her thiruvai cursing Malar, did she mayakaran him with her money? Devanai said she and Gopi mother went to kenjhiran her to leave Gopi, she mangu mangu shake her head and now did like this. Devanai calls her sadhikaari. Her whole family is also like that. Devanai cries saying they brought up Gopi to be more towards family and how could he do like this? He was the one who correct everyone's mistake and  the whole family was under Gopi and how could Gopi do this to them? How could he stab them like this only because of love. Malar is not a nice lady and she will run away too soon in future leaving Gopi. Malar cries. Gopi ask chitti not to talk like this. Mayil says what Devanai says is true.

Mayil tells Gopi about Malar brother hitting Sokku and in hospital. Gopi cries and ask Mayil what happen to appa. Mayil shouts at him saying sooku is not his father and ask Gopi to get lost. Sokku will die if see Gopi and ask him not to go there. Gopi cries and falls on Mayil feet😲😲 asking what happen to Sokku and which hospital. Mayil pushes him away😡. Gopi goes to his sister's and ask them where is appa but Mayil hits him and pushes him away from the house. Mayil throws the bag out and warns the girls not to call Gopi. Gopi cries appa appa and starts running. Malar follows him.

Puspa, Maha, Pandi, granma and Gopi mother at hospital. Puspa ask her not to cry as nothing will happen to her anna.  Gopi mother ask Puspa to go back as its late already but Puspa refuses until her brother opens his eyes, she will wait. Puspa mother says its not nice to have maha all day in hospital and ask Pandi to take his wife back home. Maha scolds her grandma and goes away.

Gopi comes running to hospital. Maha sees him first and turns her face away.  His mother stars slapping her son. Gopi ask what happen to her father. Mother starts her thiruvayal. Ask him how can he do like this. How can he marry this Malar after what they had told him? Did he go for his PP or to get married to Malar? Now why is he here, to see their samadis … Malar cries.  How can he do such asingam like this. Mother ask Malar how much they beg her to leave Gopi. And how can her brother come and hit her husband when she run away with Gopi. All this because of Gopi. Mother slaps Gopi and hits him more and more. Big ragalai happens. Some hospital boys drag Gopi away from there. The doctor comes and Gopi ask what happen to his father, and doctor says cannot say anything much for now. Gopi explains to the doctor that he got married to Malar today and that is why his family is angry with him. But he really needs to see his father. Gopi begs the doctor.

Doctor agrees and takes him to ICU through another way. Gopi goes in and is heartbroken to see Sokku condition. Malar sees from outside. Sokku has many tubes on his body. From outside they show Gopi kadhuraning and crying at his father. Malar cries seeing Gopi. Gopi touches and kisses his father leg and cries and cries and comes out in anger. Malar ask him where is he going. Gopi says he is going to go and cut Malar brother for beating his father. Malar falls on his leg and begs him not to go. She only has him now and if he gets into trouble? Gopi ask Malar if he should keep quite after seeing his father like this? Malar begs him now its only him and her. They need to be together for this. Gopi breaths out his anger.

Gopi thangachi's are all crying. Paramu ask Ragini not to cry. Paramu tells Ragini its all Gopi fault, He corrected all their mistakes but now he made a big mistake. Ragini believes Gopi. She knows her brother never plan anything and definitely something happen there. Gopi went for katcheri and something had happen there. Only the truth Gopi knows. Geetha cries wanting to talk to Gopi, and Ragini decides to phone him.

Gopi brings Malar to his shop. He gets call from Geetha and she ask him not to worry as the sisters are all his side. Everything will be fine soon. Ragini takes the phone ask where is Gopi now and has he eaten. Someone grabs the phone and slaps Ragini😲.
