Im not quite sure whats gonna happen next but this is what i think
i think viren is going to find out manvi has cancer because virens going to ask "why cant you give your blood to jeevika" and she has to answer otherwise a misunderstanding will take place or manvi might not know what to say so the misunderstanding will take place..then virat might find out manvi has cancer and she might tell viren
i think its maya's fault that jeevika had an accident cuz she found out jeevika is helping viren bring her truth out...
