1-   you must have a mp3song with you

2-      convert it to swf using any site (don't use freefileconvert as the file gets deleted automatically after   12 hrs)

3- Then use myfrogbag to upload the swf file.

4- You will get a link from myfrogbag.use the link (remove hyperlink) and put it in between without any gap...

And if u want a play pause button, it depends on the spf converter u use.. if u use a freefileconverter u will not get a play pause button. but if u have the software (mp3 to swf converter) u automatically get the play pause button...
