Also, any idea who played Saraswati? And wonder why has she disappeared since Sati's death?

I do know that Goddess Lakshmi is being portrayed by Falaq Naaz. Don't know who Ragini Deb is. Also no idea about the actress who plays Saraswati, that is I don't know her name though I've seen her in a couple of other shows.

Falaq Naz played the old Lakshmi. Remember, she was replaced later on.

This is the current Lakshmi, Ragini Deb

Oh I see! Thanks for the clarification 😊 I didn't watch DKDM from the beginning so wasn't aware of the replacement.
